Andrew Breting, owner and operator of the very successful Third Place Pizzeria and Lounge, came to me in early 2021 when he was presented with an opportunity to expand his Castleton, VT location to a second, mixed use location located on Bomoseen Golf Club on Lake Bomoseen, VT. While he had the numbers and the drive to put in a bid to create “The Landing,” he needed a rough rendering to communicate his vision of an outdoor bar, food truck, and gathering location. While only provided with a few snowy pictures of the run down location, and any I could find on the internet, I worked closely with Andrew to create a rendering and vision to present to the owners in order to communicate his vision for the space.
